I am a is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with an additional graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I practice individual, adolescent, couples, marriage and family therapy.
I bring a wide variety of years of experiences to my practice and my experiences have taught me to rely much on evidenced-based theories and interventions for best results.
I prefer an interactive and brief solution-focused approach combined with evidenced-based cognitive-behavioral foundations.
In addition to my work experience and academic knowledge, I draw on my own experience of being married and having assisted in successfully raising five children to adulthood.
